About Us

Seyla and Aileen Prak are the co-founders of Bonavest Capital. Seyla has an extensive background in I.T leadership managing and implementing multi-million-dollar projects across 21 hospitals throughout the US. He received his Master of Science in Information Technology from LaSalle University. Aileen has experience managing financial budgets for billion-dollar projects in the Aerospace Industry. She received her Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University.

As working professionals and parents to 2 young children, they realized the importance of creating time freedom for their family. As parents, we always want to be there for our children’s milestones, to be actively present in their childhood, and to be there to witness them growing up. But, with having full-time jobs, it can be very challenging. Investing in real estate syndications has been the best vehicle for them to achieve their goals. Now, they invest their incomes passively and let their money work hard for them. Not only has it helped them free-up their time to spend it with their family, it has also helped to clear their minds of worries for their children’s future by building generational wealth that their children can build upon.

Seyla and Aileen are committed to sharing their knowledge with others to educate them on the remarkable advantages that investing in real estate syndications has to offer, so that they too can create time freedom to live their lives by their own design. They also host the 5-day/week real estate podcast “How Did They Do It? Real Estate”, where they interviewed over 400 top experts in the real estate industry.
