Alex is the Director of Investor Relations at KGI Capital. Her company helps high-income and high-net-worth individuals invest passively in apartment buildings so that they can reduce their tax burden, grow passive wealth, and live life on their own terms. 

KGI capital invests in 20-100 unit distressed multifamily properties and redevelopment projects in the Southeast and Midwest. To date, they have acquired 253 multifamily units and have $30MM in assets under management. Before going full-time into real estate, Alex was one of the top Airstream salespersons in the country.
