About Brian Grimes

Brian K. Grimes CFP is a real estate entrepreneur and coach with an Ivy League education. He started a career in financial planning at AXA Advisors after graduating from Columbia University in 2011 before moving on to high net worth asset management at Bridgewater Advisors. In his birthplace of Philadelphia, Brian established his own real estate development business in 2015. Since then, he has used the BRRRR technique to rebuild more than 300 rental homes across the US completely. Together with his wife, he is raising his sons in the Bronx.
