About Geoff Dearing

Geoff has been a real estate investor for over 20 years and has been the owner/broker of Return Real Estate since 2007. He started his journey in real estate as an investor in 2002 when he bought his first duplex. Since then, Geoff expanded his buy-and-hold portfolio to include out-of-state investments, fix and flips, commercial construction and acquisitions, and helping out buyers and sellers of investment properties. He has significant projects in storage unit acquisition and construction as well as commercial development. His coaching experience includes working with gurus Robert Kiyosaki and Carlton Sheets, as well as having been the president/founder of the Utah Real Estate Investors Association from 2013 to 2023.
