Thank you everyone for tuning in today on our new show, “how did they do it? Real Estate”.  My name is Aileen Prak, and my name is Seyla Prak.  We live in Southern California with our son Oliver and are expecting a baby girl on the way.

We have found that real estate is an incredible vehicle that can help us to build true wealth and allow us to live a life by our own design.  We have been fortunate enough to have been able to invest in different types of real estate assets and learn from amazing people in the business.  The more we invest in real estate and the more we learn from others, we realized that self-development and education are very important.  That’s why we decided to create this podcast.  We hope to provide valuable resources to you to use in your own real estate investing journey in order take massive action to build true wealth and achieve the lifestyle and happiness you dream of.

We truly believe that the more you learn from others and apply it to your own life, the stronger the foundation you will be able to create for yourself.

Let’s talk a little bit about the show format.  On our show, we will be interviewing top real estate experts on their real estate journey and how they’ve been able to achieve massive success.  Our guests will share their real estate investing stories, how they got started with real estate investing, lessons they’ve learned, how real investing has impacted their lives, how they’ve been able to scale their business, and what tools and resources they use.

So for the first 30 days, we will release an episode each day.  After that, we will release new episodes every week.  Just to clarify, Aileen and I are not professional newscasters or podcasters.  This is our first podcast, so we are continuously learning with every new episode.  As time progresses, you will find that the sound quality will improve.  The format will also continue to improve as we learn more and more about what you are interested in.  Therefore, we welcome any feedback and recommendations for questions or topics you would like to learn more about so we can continue to add as much value to you as we can.

Thank you again for taking the time to tune in to this episode.  We look forward to learning with you and hope you enjoy the journey along with us.
