Jonathan Barr, with his brother Jeffrey, founded JB2 Investments.  Growing up in a real estate family, Jonathan started his real estate career after the last 2008 great recession with acquisitions of Single-Family higher end flips.  Eventually getting into ground up developments and repositioning of Multi-family buildings.  Jonathan has been involved in 400+ projects during that time.  He has been involved in property management, leasing and construction.
