Before real estate, she spent twenty-eight years in leadership positions at major corporations like IBM and Northrop Grumman serving Fortune 50 clients with multibillion-dollar outsourcing services. 

Kim made the transition from technology to real estate after performing the heart-wrenching work of settling three estates for loved ones.
