About Joshua Ferrari
Josh Ferrari grew up with no knowledge of finance or investing. He had no financial education background and despised school. Nonetheless, the concept of investing piqued his interest after he read Robert Kiyosaki’s well-known book “Rich Dad, Poor Dad.”
He purchased his first fourplex multifamily property two years ago, and his interest in multifamily real estate has expanded since then. His experience has equipped him with the knowledge and skills required to manage contractors, subcontractors, and materials for multi-unit rehabilitations. He also specializes in raising private finance, finding, negotiating, and acquiring value-add multifamily assets, and coaching others on how to do the same.
His ability to manage other people’s money as a financial coach qualifies him as a high-level asset manager and financial investor.
