About Mike Ballard

Mike Ballard co-founded Camino Verde Group and is the firm’s CEO. He has thirty years of experience in all facets of real estate operations, including entitlement, acquisitions, development, renovation, dispositions, property management, and finance. Mike has been involved in the development and/or renovation of multifamily, retail, and office properties as well as data centers. The firm owns multifamily properties in four states and is currently involved in the development of more than $340 million in multifamily projects. 

Mike is also a partner in Ascent Multifamily Accounting, a premier firm serving the multifamily industry. Mike was a founding member of the board of the Lied Institute for Real Estate Studies at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and also helped with the formation of the local National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).  He is also the president of the Las Vegas Rotary Club, the oldest and largest service club in Southern Nevada.
