Gonzalo Trenosky is a full-time multifamily real estate investor and brings to the team his expertise on acquisitions, capital improvement budgeting, and asset management. Gonzalo has extensive project management and operational experience as a Professionally Licensed Land Development Engineer in multiple states. He is currently a Limited Partner (LP) on over 170 units and a General Partner (GP) on 39 units. He is the father of two charming little girls with whom Gonzalo and his wife try to instill financial literacy and the importance of treating everyone with respect. Gonzalo is fluent in Spanish and conversational in Portuguese.
