About Jeremy Hans

Jeremy Hans joined the Navy because he really wanted to be a helicopter Pilot. He did this successfully for 15 years and he’s still a helicopter pilot instructor in the reserves. His first adventure into investing was in the stock market and like many, he got crushed in the 2008 crash.  

Undeterred and a little wiser, he learned a more prudent investment approach through real estate. He spent the last decade creating a track record of big profits and learning this business intimately. He then started Climb Capital because he felt a responsibility to not only produce these returns for himself but for others. He loves the challenge of creating a company and making the world a little better with each deal.
