Maggie has been investing in real estate since 2011. During that time, she has focused mostly on buy-and-hold rentals, private lending, and both passive and active investing through real estate syndications. Maggie is passionate in following and implementing a financial philosophy that grows wealth at a steady pace and over time, allowing her to be at ease and share more moments with her family and own her time. Prior to transitioning to full-time real estate, Maggie has worked in large financial firms, including Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley and where she specialized in risk management for the Firms’ Investment Banking and Investment Management businesses which includes reviewing, assessing, and improving the Firm’s underwriting and due diligence process. 

Maggie holds a bachelor’s in Accounting with a minor in Management Information & Systems from University of Delaware, and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certifications. Lana’s experience ranges from managing and streamlining operations of her family-owned commercial businesses, development of her family’s multifamily property, to passively and actively investing in real estate syndication. She has a background in audit, compliance, and risk management experience with large financial institutional clients and is also a CPA.
