About Sam Ha

Sam Ha and his team lead CBRE’s West Coast Wholesale Lending initiative. They specialize in multi-family financing ranging from $1-$15MM dollars in all 50 states. He and his team have arranged Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae small balance loans, bank loans, CMBS, debt funds, and family office financing. Since 2015 his team has financed over $500MM in loans for their clients, which include seasoned investors, new investors, and syndicators. With their client’s best interests in mind, they have been dedicated advisors and partners and have helped them grow their multi-family portfolios.  

Sam Ha graduated from CSUN in 2013, majoring in Business with an emphasis on fixed-income assets. He and his family now live in Ventura, CA, and enjoy surfing and wine tasting in his free time. He is also a real estate investor himself.
