On every deal, Elijah partnered with friends, family, and investors so they could buy more extensive properties together. He loved helping people generate passive income and generational wealth through investment in multifamily, so he eventually started Goldhawk Capital to do it on a larger scale. Elijah Brown oversees capital acquisitions and capital markets. Elijah is a real estate investor, entrepreneur, and Army officer. While working as an investment analyst for Bank of America and later as a healthpeak Properties (S&P500 REIT) manager, Elijah developed a love for real estate. He began raising private capital to acquire over 1,000 units across the United States. Elijah holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.
