About Justin Spaulding

Justin Spaulding is the CEO of Spaulding Group, an operating entity that operates 2,100 apartments, & multiple private equity investments for accredited individuals & family offices. 
 
He has completed more than $369 million of real estate investment transactions. Justin has raised more than $70 million of 3rd party investor funds from family offices and individuals – all of which have been successfully invested into cash flow producing real estate. He has successfully gone full cycle on 4 portfolios & 12 properties. In 2022 alone, he successfully raised $33,700,000 of investor equity to acquire $95,000,000 worth of real estate including 880 multifamily apartment units. Justin bought his first real estate investment in 2013.  
 
In addition, Justin has helped other individuals build their own portfolios & close on over $85,000,000 worth of cash flow producing real estate through Multifamily Wealth Mastery: his coaching, online course & mastermind programs. He is the author of “The Sure Thing – Build Wealth In Real Estate”, which his is personal memoir. 
 
Justin grew up an athlete and became an NCAA All American running back. After his quest for a professional roster spot ended, he wanted his athletic career to be a springboard into the next phase of his life. Keeping his athlete mindset, work ethic and mental toughness, Justin began building his sales skills immediately out of college and got involved in a leading direct sales company in 2012. Within 18 months he grew his sales team to the top 0.5% of the company. His early success allowed him to fund and his future businesses. 
 
Justin is an entrepreneur, businessman, author, CEO of Spaulding Group, Co-Founder of SG Realty, Co-Founder of Mixed Animal Veterinary Associates North America (MAVANA), Co-Founder of MyPetDoc. 
 
Justin is a 2x inductee of the University of Dubuque Athletic Hall of Fame.
