Keith started his real estate investing back in 2005 with a simple residential rental but has invested in an office building, multifamily, mobile home parks, home flipping, and short-term vacation rentals. 

Keith balances his real estate companies / investing while being a full-time W2 Sales Director. In his W2, he manages a top-performing sales team of 11 sales managers and 41 sales associates. Keith’s real estate brokerage has 13 active agents with 1 designed manager / business partner allowing his team to represent buyers, investors, and sellers of both commercial and residential real estate.  Keith and a partner also own a home flipping company focused on flips in the San Antonio, TX market. Bobo Capital Ventures is Keith’s real estate investment company focused on affordable housing in both the mobile home park and multifamily space.
