Sterling Griffin is an entrepreneur, medical real estate developer, film actor, and producer. Over 7 years ago, Sterling was homeless and became a millionaire with his first company within 2 years. A few years later, he sold that business for multiple 7-figures and started investing in commercial real estate.  

In his first full year of investing in commercial real estate, he acquired over $26.5M of properties without investors, and he started with just a $3M net worth using a specific strategy, buying medical real estate development projects. On that money without investors, he made over 40% average annual return.  

Now, he’s opening his firm to take capital from investors and invest alongside them for his medical real estate development projects. He’s starring in a film that also stars Anthony Hopkins, which is in production starting mid-December of 2023 (Unannounced due to the strike).
