About Jon Jasniak

Jon Jasniak is a land investor and developer who has experience all over Texas.  He graduated with an Engineering degree but quickly transferred over to real estate. Most recently, he also purchased and now operates the small, unincorporated town in Texas called Cornudas. 

His land business Jaz Land focuses on subdividing rural tracts of land for customers looking to escape the city. He had completed over 8000 acres and 800 land deals since 2016, building an 8-figure land business. 

Jon owns several companies all focused on the land and real estate consulting space and manages a small team for day-to-day operations, and runs a coaching program that teaches people how to build their own land business.
