Yannik Cudjoe-Virgil is the Managing Partner of Merlynn Real Estate Partners – a real estate development and investment management firm. Merlynn Real Estate Partners primarily focuses on the acquisition and development of affordable housing assets. Prior to real estate, Yannik played Linebacker in the NFL for Tennessee Titans, and formally transitioned into real estate in 2018.
