About Cole Farrell

Cole Farrell is a full-time investor in real estate and is the founder of Volcan Capital. To date, he owns a portfolio of apartments valued at over $3,000,000 in PA. Cole has been involved in nearly all aspects of real estate.  

He has a real estate license in PA where he did professional property management and construction for 2 years, plus owns a flipping/wholetail company for singles and small multifamily properties in PA where he completes $1-2M in projects a year. Cole has earned a bachelor’s degree in finance as well as a master’s degree in Administration.  

He is the founder and host of the “Multifamily Mastery Meetup”, the largest local multifamily real estate investment association with several chapters under the brand and an online branch.
