Leading his firm, Four Walls, he’s managed a $20+ million Assets Under Management (AUM) portfolio. As a former Colorado real estate broker, he executed numerous transactions, specializing in the “Rentovation” approach—acquiring, renovating, and renting properties for above-market returns. While Four Walls currently focuses on portfolio optimization, Justin remains vigilant for future opportunities.
