About Kevin Anderson

Kevin Anderson, co-founder and Managing Partner of GrowAbility Equity, has been investing in real estate since 2005. During that time, he initially focused on buy-and-hold rentals then transitioned to active multifamily investing/management and passive investing through Commercial Real Estate Syndications from multifamily to self-storage to mobile home communities to select service hotels. Kevin has implemented various cash-flowing, tax-saving financial strategies with real estate at the core over the last decade. This approach has substantially contributed to a 10X increase in net worth over the last 6 years, enabling he and his wife the opportunity to reach financial independence faster than planned, freeing them up to travel, spend time with friends and family, and supporting their church generously, including providing college scholarships.  

Prior to transitioning full-time to real estate, Kevin spent 7 years running a college financial planning firm. Before that, Kevin spent 20 years in Corporate America, leading marketing teams and managing multi-million dollar P&Ls to drive market share and business success in categories from yogurt to cereal to OTC pharmaceuticals to banking services. Kevin graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. Degree in Accounting from Florida A&M University and he has an MBA in Marketing from the Wharton School of Business.
