About Marc Kuhn
Marc Kuhn started his construction career in 1994 with his dad. He started at $1 per hour and got a $1 raise every year as he worked for his dad’s construction company. In 2010, he left his hourly job with $2,500 in his bank account. he started his entrepreneurial path and opened MAK Construction his first business.
He has grown the construction company to over $25 million a year. They develop commercial projects both 3rd party and investment projects for their investors. Since 2018, they have added over 200 units in the Midwest. The benefits of real estate have given him the freedom of time. his goal is to help investors reach financial freedom through real estate. Today, he owns and operates three successful companies that do eight figures a year.
