Alex Tam is an entrepreneur, real estate investor, husband, father, chiropractor, and clinical director of an integrative medical practice with over 15 years of experience. 

Their journey began in 2009 when they launched their medical office with the mission to alleviate the kind of pain his mother experienced. In 2018, seeking to expand their reach and impact, he and his wife explored new strategies, including social media engagement. That year, he attended the Grant Cardone 10X conference, where he was introduced to real estate syndication and connected with individuals from various professions. Inspired, they began their venture into real estate investment as Limited Partners in thousand units, transitioning from passive to active investing by 2021. they immersed themselves in the field through mastermind groups and educational programs like MIH Mastermind and Jake and Gino, leading to involvement in multiple general partnerships, joint ventures, and syndication deals in over 200 units since 2021. Now, he’s dedicated to guiding healthcare professionals toward investing in multifamily real estate, leveraging his network and insights to support their financial growth. 

In 2022, alongside his partners, they founded a Virtual Assistant business aimed at assisting busy professionals to balance their workloads efficiently, ensuring they also have time for personal enjoyment.
