He has been investing in single-family homes for five years but is currently concentrating on multifamily properties.<\/p><p>In order to pursue their ambition, Max quit his work in January 2022, sold his house, and moved his family to Dallas, Texas. In less than a year, he went from being a limited partner in 160 units to becoming a general partner in 66 units.
