Growing up mowing lawns and helping with painting\/light maintenance on a portfolio of duplexes and single-family properties in the Minneapolis area, Frank learned early how to manage and operate rental properties.\u00a0<\/p><p>Purchasing his first investment property in 2007, Frank later graduated from the University of Minnesota-Duluth with a degree in Finance in 2011. While working at Coldwell Banker East West Realty as real estate agents, Frank and business partner Alex Rogers began purchasing investment properties ranging from 1-15 units. Soon thereafter, East West Property Management was founded in 2014 and currently manages over 550 units in the Duluth\/Superior area. \u00a0<\/p><p>In 2020 Gray Duck Capital was formed, targeting value-add multifamily properties in the upper Midwest ranging from 75-150 units.
